Exit Realty 1st welcomes Irv French. Irv is a 56 yr. resident of Jackson and lives in the Essex Heights neighborhood with his wife. He has a married daughter and one granddaughter. Irv’s work history includes, Cost Accountant at Albion Malleable Iron Co., Treasurer Tompkins-Johnson Co., U.S. Army, and Business Consultant with a B.A. from MSU. Irv worked with The Brokerage House for 12 yrs., initially residential then specializing in Commercial. He attained a CCIM designation in 1999 and is currently active with CCIM nationally and locally. Irv is on the Designation Committee nationally, Reviewer of national and international Portfolio of Qualifying Activities for CCIM Candidates, conducts CCIM workshops locally and internationally and is a Director for the Michigan CCIM chapter. He received a RECS designation in 1998 and served on a local board committee in the 1990’s, the Jackson Chamber of Commerce Sister Cities Committee, Jackson Landlord Association and Jackson Symphony Guild.
